Why did I receive only part of my order?
Some of our products ship from different locations. Most of our apparel is printed and sent out within a few days for domestic orders, for international, they can take up to 2 weeks depending on the country. Due to the COVID crisis, there have been delays at both the manufacturing level and at postal organizations. If you only receive part of your order, don't worry, the rest is on the way.
How can I replace or return a damaged order?
We will replace your order free of charge if it is defective or damaged.
Where is my order?
We don't keep much inventory on hand. Our orders go into production soon after they are placed. Our customer service team is dedicated to keeping you updated every step of the way. Please allow 1 to 3 business days after you place your order to access your tracking information.
